Age and Height

Children under 4 years old and/or under 100 cm in height cannot use the track.

From 4 to 9 years old, children can only go down the slope accompanied by an adult or a child over 14 years old and a height of at least 135 cm, sitting in the front seat.

From the age of 9, they can make the descent independently.

Access and Responsibility

  • The driver’s attention is essential for safety. Users use Alpyland at their own risk, with appropriate clothing and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Access to the facility is only allowed to those who have a ticket.
  • The use of the alpine coaster automatically implies knowledge and acceptance of these regulations.
  • Users must strictly follow the instructions of the staff, who have the right to prohibit the use of the facility to anyone who drives dangerously and/or does not respect the indications.
  • Pregnant women cannot use the attraction.
  • People with physical or mental disabilities cannot use the attraction for safety reasons, unless accompanied by a third person who will guide the bob and assume all responsibilities.
  • The bobsled can carry a maximum load of 150 kg.
  • If Alpyland should be closed for weather reasons, no refunds will be made.
  • The staff is not responsible for any items lost along the track. In case of loss, the staff will carry out a check round after the facility closes.

Obligations and Prohibitions

  • Of the two passengers using the bob, the more robust person must always occupy the rear seat and keep their hands on the brakes, the person in front cannot operate the brake levers.
  • It is mandatory to always look ahead.
  • It is mandatory to brake at the end of the track near the red tent.
  • It is mandatory to get off the sled at the end of each ride.
  • Users must maintain a moderate safety speed so as not to endanger themselves and others.
  • Users must maintain a distance of at least 25 meters from the bob in front. In case of collision, the driver of the following sled will be considered responsible.
  • It is forbidden to do the ride down too slowly.
  • It is forbidden to stop the sled during the descent.
  • It is forbidden to touch the track or the parts below the bob.
  • Animals, umbrellas, sticks, as well as other bulky objects, cannot be brought on the bob. Do not wear loose clothing, hats, scarves. Pay attention to shoelaces as well as long hair that is loose near the track and on the bob’s wheels.
  • Smoking, cameras, cell phones and any device that may distract the driver’s attention are not allowed during the descent. The passenger is responsible for any damage or loss of electronic devices.
